How can I afford to charge less commission?

Even though I charge lower fees, I DO offer full service to my clients. One way to avoid high cost of business is to not spend thousands of Dollars on big billboard ads and print advertising. In todays real estate market, hiring a well established real estate company and getting your home listed on the MLS are the most important factors in the sale of property. With my extensive knowledge of the internet and search engines as well as web developing, I manage to give my listings the highest exposure possible.

Print ads may look attractive to some, but in fact it only help advertise and promote the agent and not the property. It takes days to get the ad printed and distributed and by the time the consumer gets their hands on the magazine; days have gone by and well listed homes have already been sold.

We all know that serious buyers work with a realtor, and realtors do not look in the paper to find the right property for their client. Agents use the MLS or local board system such as the TorontoMLS.net which the mls.ca or realtor.ca take their information from this site and other similar local real estate board websites.

It is also true that most home buyers start their search online. I've seen my listings come up on search engine after 11 minutes from the time it was uploaded. It can't get any better than that!
